From programme outcomes to financial stewardship to compliances, we are accountable to our learners, our partners, the purpose, the mission that we have formed this organisation for. We own our failures and the lessons we learn from such instances as much as we celebrate our successes.
Transparency
It is an established fact that transparency builds trust. It is for this reason we are committed to clear, honest communication, whether it is about budgets, impact metrics, or programme performance. We believe our stakeholders including donors, partners (financial as well as non-financial), community members, learners, team members, interns and volunteers deserve absolute clarity in terms of our mission, our practices, strategic direction, and planning. Ethical Social Practice
Our work centres vulnerable populations. With that comes a deep ethical responsibility. We are intentional in ensuring that our programmes promote dignity, consent, and fairness at every level. We believe that there are no shortcuts and no compromises when it comes to ethical social work practice.

We do not presume to have all the answers. Hence our approach shall be participative and our initiatives are co-created with inputs from young people and grassroots partners and other stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are practical, contextual, and responsive to real-world needs.
Inclusion and Equity
We focus on those often left behind including girls, youth from informal settlements, LGBTQ+ communities and those with limited digital access. Equity is not an add-on; it is at the heart of our programme design and outreach strategies.

Our Founders

Jaswant Kaur
Jaswant Kaur, Founder of Udaykriti, is a seasoned development sector leader whose journey bridges grassroots leadership with strategic governance. As a trained Company Secretary practising the highest standards of professional ethics, social equity, digital empowerment, and inclusive growth, she brings over two decades of experience to her role. Jaswant’s leadership includes empowering communities through impactful roles at organisations like Deepalaya, BITSAA Alumni Trust and Protsahan India Foundation
She currently serves on the Board of Voluntary Action Network of India as their Treasurer. Her strengths span financial management, programmes, fundraising, governance, strategic planning, and compliance – critical pillars for youth development organisations like Udaykriti.
But what truly defines Jaswant is her human-centered approach: she leads with empathy, mentors young changemakers, and aligns systems thinking with lived realities. At Udaykriti, her purpose-driven vision powers inclusive strategies that connect underserved youth to opportunities in the digital economy. As one of the founders of Udaykriti, she embodies integrity, compassion, and calm courage.


Ravi Pahuja
Ravi Pahuja is a digital marketing and design professional with over 11 years of experience helping purpose-led brands and organizations grow online. He has worked extensively in the nonprofit sector, leading digital strategy, website development, SEO, and creative communication for large-scale community programs across education, health, and empowerment.
His work included building user-friendly websites, running high-performing campaigns, designing impact reports, and creating compelling photo and video content to drive awareness and fundraising. He played a key role in building strong online communities through storytelling, social media engagement, and content that truly resonated with audiences.
Ravi is also the Director of Udaykriti Foundation, a newly established NGO focused on driving positive change through education, empowerment, and innovation. In this role, he is working closely with the leadership team to build the foundation’s digital presence, partnerships, and long-term impact strategy.
As Co-Founder of Designmocha, Ravi now leads a talented team of designers, developers, marketers, and writers. The agency partners with both nonprofits and D2C brands in fashion, skincare, and home to build meaningful digital experiences. From branding and social media to content creation, SEO, and paid advertising (Meta & Google), Ravi ensures every solution is rooted in strategy, empathy, and performance.
His core belief: “Design and marketing shouldn’t just sell — they should connect, inspire, and create lasting value.”
Whether it’s growing a mission-driven initiative or scaling an emerging brand, Ravi brings a unique blend of creativity, clarity, and care to every collaboration.

Our Mentors

Vikas Bhat
Vikas is a seasoned IT professional with more than 2 decades of experience with Global Organizations. Some organizations that he worked for include Oracle Financial Services, Fidelity Investments and Deutsche Bank. He is currently working as Vice President in Data Architecture with Deutsche Wealth Services (DWS).
Vikas deeply cares for youth of India and their growth and is committed to the upliftment of the underprivileged in whatever means possible. He is associated with UdayKriti since its formative years and provides guidance and mentorship.


Divyanshu Yadav
Divyanshu Yadav is the founder of BRAND REMASTER, a digital agency specializing in Online Reputation Management, Cyber Law, Web Designing and development, Google & Meta Ads. With a strong focus on performance-driven marketing and clean, user-focused design, Divyanshu helps businesses grow their online presence and achieve measurable results and provide them Legal Services.
Passionate about technology and strategy, he combines creativity with data-driven insights to deliver impactful digital solutions.
